dried tomato in a white wine sauce with shaved parmesan

and pepper with salad and honey mustard dressing

- Oven roasted beef fillet on parsnip and grainy mustard
potato crush with black shiraz jus
- Grilled chicken breast on baked pumpkin gnocchi, oven
roasted tomato and sticky balsamic and thyme jus
- Sumac crusted lamb with potato and swiss cheese mash,
green pea and mint pesto and jus of thyme
- Grilled barramundi with pearl barley, swiss mushrooms
and spiced eggplant with red wine sauce
Dessert
- Citrus curd tart with vanilla mascarpone and fresh berry
